Dear president of the nation: 

We cordially greet. We address you as representatives of the municipality of Ixtapaluca. It’s located in the state of Mexico.

The reason for this writing is the inform you about an environmental issue. 

That is being raised in this municipality, thanks to a lot of people that gives way to irresponsible. This generating disposable waste found in the streets of the municipality of Ixtapaluca. One problem caused by this phenomenon are severe floods thanks to the garbage that covers the drains.

In the municipality been provided an informative part about this problem and they haven’t tried to give solution, for that reason. We ask that in the most attentive, work for the resolution. 

We await your notorious response, thank you for attention.
